High-quality bag for accordion suitable for standard bass accordions or button bajan/convertor. The padding is 1.5 cm thick and at the footprint is 3 cm thick. Very light bag with slip-resistant feet. The advantage of this bag is that it can be separated into 2 halfs. This makes it possible to pack bass side and right hand side individually. Therfore you have the possibility to take your accordion in two parts as hand luggage on a plane.
For transporting it on a plane, you have to open the zip in the middle of the bag completely and remove the upper half of the accordion bag from the lower half. Afterwards the 2 supplied rectangular bag-pieces are to be connected with the zip of the upper half and the lower half of the bag. Then you have two single, sealed packaging items. The upper half of the bag is supposed for the right hand side (keyboard side) and the lower half of the bag is for the bass side and the bellow. That means you only have to remove 6 bellow nails of the right hand side above the bellow with a pliers. Best suits a pliers which is a bit bent and which can easily grap behind the head of the bellow nail. Please keep in mind when removing the nails that these have to be pulled out straight and that the pliers are not pressed against the accordion casing. When you reassemble the accordion, just push in the bellow nails again.
The accordion can also be transported in the bag as a completed instrument. The bag is to be opened in the middle, so that you can insert the accordion comfortably.
